Kim Jong Kook and Lee Kwang Soo: The Bromance on Running Man, Hate and Love Relationship

Kim Jong Kook (KJK) and Lee Kwang Soo (LKS) are really 'brothers'. KJK is a good hyung (big brother) for LKS. LKS once said that he never pay for his meal everytime he meets KJK. LKS also said that KJK is really concern for his health so KJK asked LKS to have medical checked up. LKS said that he trust KSK much and he thought that anything KJK says always seem right. Vice versa, KJK said that LKS is nicest and honestest celebrity dongseng that he's ever met.

For LKS, KJK is his mental support. On SBS Ent. Awards 2011, LKS said on his speech that he shared the award with his forever mental support, Kim Jong Kook. Vice versa, even though, KJK didn’t mention LKS on his winner speech, he said on the interview that he loved LKS and LKS was always in his mind.

On ‘Happy Together’ show, LKS said that he recently going drinking with Song Joong Ki and Kim Jong Kook. He added that the first person he called when he was drunk was KJK. LKS also work out in a same gym with KJK.

On Running Man show, it’s seems that KJK and LKS is enemy. They fight each other, they are always at each other's throat. KJK bullies LKS and LKS betrays KJK. But actually we can see their bromance on the show. On episode 29, the two leaders Kim Jong Kook and Yoo Jae Suk were asked to pick other members to be in a same team. The first member that KJK called was LKS. On episode 32, again the two leaders of RM, Kim Jong Kook and Yoo Jae Suk were asked to write the members that they want to be in a same team, both YJS and KJK wrote LKS in the first place. At that time LKS chose to be with KJK instead of YJS.

On episode best of best where LKS had a death-note power, he wrote Kim Jong Kook to be eliminated, but in the end he hugged KJK to express his sorry. On episode China Race, KJK came late. And when LKS found out that the last member of his group was KJK, he ran in rush, hugged and kiss KJK. He told KJK not to leave him anymore.lol

In every episode when RM members against guest team, the only person that LKS shout when he face against the guest is ‘Jong Kook hyung’. He called the ‘Jong Kook hyung’ desperately in hoping KJK would rescue him. In addition, LKS will always happy when he’s on a same team with KJK. Also, although KJK was mad at first when he grouped with LKS, but KJK seems happy being together with LKS.

Kim Jong Kook and Lee Kwang Soo are always fighting on the shows; nonetheless, they are super-close friend in real life. Every time LKS made mistakes to KJK, he will hug him.

On the latest episode (ep. 160), Kwang Soo gave a warm hearted dongsaeng. It was in mudflat when they play the game in mudflat and KJK's body including his face was covered by mud. LKS brought him a bottle of water to drink and another bottle of water to was his face without other members or cameras notice.
